Form Workbook

What it's for

The framework's scorecard asks one question per pillar. This workbook breaks each pillar into four practices, so the score rests on something you can evidence rather than a feeling. It works out a current level for each pillar, compares it with the target you set, and names the pillar to start with.

What you get

  • Assess Twenty practices, four per pillar, with what level 1 and level 4 look like.
  • Results Current and target level per pillar, the gap, a chart and where to start.
  • Maturity levels The framework's four levels described for each pillar.

How it connects

Its results point to the kits to use next, pillar by pillar: M1 to M4 for Meaning, S1 to S4 for Scope, A1 to A4 for Automation and C1 to C4 for Accountability. Assurance has no kit of its own.
